I’ve been training using Christian Thibaudeau’s HP Mass Program for 6 weeks now and have been loving the results so far. I want to integrate the eating plan that Christian has suggested using which involves intermittent fasting during the day using pulses of protein, and feasting at night. The details of this eating plan are in the article, but I will be journaling my experiences over the next few weeks to see how it works for me. The bonuses of not having to cook and eat throughout the day are a big plus for my hectic lifestyle so I’m looking forward to seeing how it pans out.
