It’s been a while since I checked in with this blog. The vagaries of life paired my own procrastination of habit contributing to my lack of posts.
I haven’t deviated from my training goals and I’m set for my run at this years INBA comp in October. I’ve been experimenting with a bunch of new supplements and I’ve hit the dieting 17 weeks out from October’s comp. I’ve also been switching up a few things in my training with some good results.
