Peak Week – Day One

Had trouble sleeping last night. I kept waking up either because of anticipation of having to get up early to go to the gym, a subconcious realisation that the comp is but a short week away, or a combination of low carbs and calories. Went to the gym at 6am, pumped out 15 minutes of moderate intensity cardio and some chins and dips.

I felt really good all day – Mentally sharp and emotionally stable. I also totally cold turkey, gave up the diet drinks today. From 10+ cans of Coke Zero, to, well, zero cans of coke. Drank lots of water and lemon, and got about 2 gallons all up.

(Pre-workout supplements – 1 scoop Peptopro + 5 grams Leucine, 1 Scoop of Focus, 2 Spike Tabs,ew wakeup time. I don’t use alarm clocks, and instead tell myself what time I want to wake up before I go to bed, and usually that works fine. I wake up exactly that time every morning.

Morning Workout – 3 sets of 15 dips, 3 sets 10 chins, 11 minutes of stairmaster +5 mins treadmill

(20 mins before carbs – 2 tabs of Glycobol)

Pre workout meal – 6 rice cakes

(Second Workout – Pre-workout supplements – 1/2 scoop Peptopro + 5 grams Leucine, 3 Scoops of Vasocharge, 2 grams of Tyrosine, 1 gram of Carnitine, 2 grams of Taurine, 2 Alpha Male Tabs, 1 scoop of creatine, 1 scoop of citrulline malate, 1/2 tsp of beta alanine)

(Peri-workout supplements – 1/2 scoop Peptopro + leucine)

Depletion Workout 6 sets per body part + 10 minutes of cardio after workout

(Post workout supplements –  1 scoop Peptopro + 5 grams Leucine, 1 gram of Carnitine, 2 grams of Taurine, 2 Alpha Male Tabs, 1 scoop of creatine, 1 scoop of citrulline malate, 2 scoops of Superfood, 1/2 tsp of Maca)

Post workout meal – 550 grams of Salmon with skin on, 2 small onions, 2 cups mushrooms, 1 Tbspoon coconut oil, 3 tsp of mustard, 4 tbsp of apple cider vinegar)

Supplements before bed – 4 tabs of calcium, 7 tabs of Magnesium Mineral Complex, 2 Testopro Tabs, 2 Stoked Tabs, 2 Curcumin tabs
