Thai Diet & Training Routine.

My current daily Thai Holiday routine.

6am – 4 coffees.

7am – Pepto Pro + Leucine shake.

8am – Train + Pepto Pro + Leucine shake

12pm – Destroy Japanese All You Can Eat Buffet. Usually four rounds about 700grams of meat all up and various side dishes.

   

1:30pm – Icecream Sundae (or two) at Swensons

2pm – Sleep

3pm – Pepto Pro + Leucine shake

4pm – Train Pepto Pro + Leucine shake

6pm – Devestate another Buffet – either All You Can Eat Steak or Japanese/Korean again.

8pm – Ice-cream at McDonalds + Double Big Mac (or two) if still hungry.

Watch the world go by and then sleep by 10:30.
